Is there anything better than topping off your excursion across the unspoilt nature of the Antholz valley with a detour into the authentic, regional flavours of our region? Just as the other side dales of the vale called Pustertal, our Blue Valley offers a large number of alpine huts to hungry guests of all ages. Enjoy their hospitality, the traditional atmosphere and let yourself be treated to the typical South Tyrolean food. Be it a must-try bacon board, a variety of dumplings, a warm alpine soup or sweet delicacies such as the shredded pancakes called “Kaiserschmarrn”: there is a wide choice of dishes to savour at our mountain huts – all prepared with local and seasonal products, reflecting our commitment to sustainability.
And also your children will have a lot of fun: After the hunger has been satisfied, they can romp around on vast alpine meadows and observe the grazing animals on their pastures, while you have a refreshing drink and relax from your hiking or bike tour. Needless to say, you will always be surrounded by breathtaking panoramic views of the neighbouring mountain peaks.
